Tripoli : 10. 5. 2015 - Lana - North Tripoli Primary Court held its second session in the case no. ( 1666 - 2005 ) Bab Al-Bahar in which , '' Saadi Gathafi '' was accused of killing former Libyan football player, '' Bashir Al-Rayani '' . Source from Public Prosecutor's Office told Libyan News Agency that the accused , '' Saadi '' appeared behind bars at the court's hall in the presence of Judge, Court's Jury, member of public prosecution and defendant's lawyer. The source added that Court decided to postpone the trial of , '' Saadi '' in the first case accused of till Sunday 19/ 7 / 2015 upon a request by his lawyer to enable him study the case's file and get ready for defense . It worth noting that the accused , '' Saadi '' is facing several criminal cases related to kidnapping , dangerous harm , honor violation , misuse of his position , support of armed groups to get rid of 17th February Revolution by bringing mercenaries and threatening cities opposing former Gathafi's regime. = Lana =
