in an emergency meeting today decided not to Participate in Libyan
Tribes Gathering due to meet in Egypt this month .
The participants after reviewing the topics and aims of the
gathering presented by the preparatory committee asserted their full
rejection of any dialogue outside Libya and they called for such
dialogue inside Libya and to be between Libyans themselves without
any foreign interference .
