Tripoli, 28.04.2015(Lana) The GNC spokesman, Omar Hmaidan, said
the Congress informed the session that was held on Tuesday about the
draft proposed by the UNSMIL envoy.

Congress has rejected the draft altogether, as it does not include
what could be looked into.

and despite the repeated bombing near the plane we were traveling in,
we went according to a determined constants announced at the time by
the UN envoy, rather he welcomed it and declared it in many press
conferences.
The spokesman said the recent draft presented by the UNSMIL envoy
on 27/04/2015, which is not based on a subjective, balanced and
comprehensive solution is completely rejected and undermines the
serious dialogue efforts and empties the content of Skhairat
dialogue.
Hmaidan reiterated the assurances of the GNC to find a peaceful
solution for the crisis in Libya, and at the same time calls on the
UN to reconsider the work mechanism and the way it supports the
political course in Libya and the importance of taking similar
distances from all sides.

international community and particularly to the Arab, Islamic and
African countries, as well as the EU, US, and Morocco that hosted the
dialogue and the efforts they exerted to make the UN-managed
political dialogue succeed.
