Tripoli superb passports office activates its system to issue passports.

Passports Office has announced that the office finalized the
activation of the security and National Number systems linking them
with the main Posts office in Tripoli to enable it issue passports
through its computer system.
He said they are awaiting administrative and legal measures to
open the office.
