Canada's New Ambassador to Libya Pledges His Country's Support for National Dialogue.

Tripoli, 14 April 2015(Lana) The new ambassador of Canada to
Libya David Sprawl, working temporarily from Tunisia, ha pledged his
country's support for the UN-led effort to set up a national unity
government in Libya and said there was no military solution to the
conflict.
He said his country firmly stood on the side of Libyans in
fighting terrorism, explaining that the closure of Canadian embassy
in Libya in July was because of violence and lack of security.
Sprawl said 'we moved our embassy to Tunisia in the hope that we
will return when a peaceful and stable conditions existed.'
