Tripoli : 13. 4. 2015 - Lana - National Salvation Government Minister of Oil and Gas Mr. '' Masha'Allah Azzway '' has chaired the extraordinary meeting of African Ministers of Oil Producers Agency ( APPA ) held in the capital of Cote D'Ivoire to discuss rise in fuel products and its effects on the African countries' economies . The participants demanded in their final communiqué to reduce oil production to face the down fall of oil prices in oil markets in order to stability and avoid damaging consequences . In joint press with oil minister of Cote D'Ivoire , the Libyan minister described the current oil price of being '' unjust '' , adding that African member states at OPEC would inform the organization of the negative effects of oil prices down fall on African countries economies . = Lana =
