EU Affirms Resumption of Political Dialogue an Important Step Toward Forming Government of National Unity.

Tripoli : 11. 4. 2015 - Lana - The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy , '' Federica Mogherini '' asserted Saturday that resumption of political dialogue between Libyan sides in the coming days would be '' important step '' towards political agreement to form national unity government and to halt military operations in the country . In a statement issued Saturday in Tripoli,'' Mogherini '' asked all sides to negotiate in good faith and a spirit of reconciliation .. indicating that military operations "' Threaten civilian population and lead to more damages to the country's infrastructure ''. The European official warned those trying to delay political dialogue at a very decisive time would be defined by the international community and will be punished for their deeds . " The EU is ready to support and help a national unity government after it is being formed and we will discuss means to support new Libyan authorities and related security arrangements in the next meeting of the EU foreign affairs council'', she said . = LANA =
