Solar Panels Robbers Caught in Oujala.

Oujala, 8 April 2105(Lana) Two persons one of them an Egyptian
national were arrested in Oujala in connection with theft of solar
panels from the telecommunication station in the town.
Sources at the 'Grandsons of Fadhil Bin Omar' brigade which
detained the men said they were attempting to steal solar panels at
the telecommunications station 50 km from Oujala, when they were
caught.
