Algerian Security Foil Attempt to Smuggle Libya Antiquity.

Algiers, 8 April 2105(Lana) Algerian authorities recently foiled
an attempt to smuggle several rare Libyan antiquity.
The Algerian 'Al Shrouq' newspaper quoting 'reliable sources'
said investigations have established that a group of 4 were behind
the attempt to smuggle the treasure to Morocco.
The paper said the priceless antiquity pieces were smuggled
across the Libyan-Algerian border before they were seized by Algerian
authorities.
They include masks, statues and carved pots which belong to
ancient civilizations, the paper added, indicating that the smugglers
have exploited the state of security in the country.
