Central Bank of Libya Says Committed to Measures to Curb Down Waste of Public Money.

Tripoli, 8 April 2015(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya has
stressed its commitment to use of national number as pre-requisite to
payment of salaries to public servants, and grants of Libyan students
abroad, to stop drain of public money.
The Head of CBL Information office Isam Al Oul said 'the bank
intends to carry on with enforcement of the law, explaining that the
measures have already been applied to Libyan cultural attaches at
embassies or their deputies.
The Audit Office has issued strict orders to stop payment of
salaries to public servants, unless they fill in the provided forms
of national number, to curb job duplication.
