Prosecution Office Takes into Custody Wanted Former Gaddafi Officer.

Tripoli, 7 April 2015(Lana) The Office of the General Prosecutor
has taken into custody Mohamed Bin Nayel, a former Gaddafi officer
wanted in several criminal cases.
Bin Nayel was detained at a battle in Brak Al Shati, in southern
Libya, and handed over by the 3rd Force of belonging to the General
Staff of the Libyan Army and assigned to the southern region, to the
prosecution office, a Prosecution source told the Libyan news agency.
Bin Nayel is facing charges of crime against the Feb 17
Revolution as well as being a senior leader of the defunct regime
apparatus.
