Kalifa Al-Ghawail Receives Prime Ministry's Post from Mr. '' Omar Al-Hassi ''. Tripoli : 01. 4. 2015 - Lana - Outgoing Head of National Salvation Government officially handed over Wednesday evening , the Prime Ministry's post to his First Deputy Prime Minister Mr. '' Kalifa Al-Ghawail ''. Mr. '' Al-Ghawail '' , in a statement after the official handover ceremony attended by a number of Ministers ,pointed out that this step proves democracy and peaceful power rotation in Libya . The new acting Prime Minister has underlined that he was commissioned by the General National Congress as Prime Minister in a difficult stage and sensitive time that Libya is passing through where its enemies and counter revolution elements are trying to ruin and destroy the image of the glorious 17th of February Revolution . He added that his government is going to work tires sly to build Libya which heroes have sacrificed their lives for the sake of 17th February Revolution and its principles . Mr. '' Al-Ghawail '' said ': We - both government and people - discard terrorism, violence and all forms of extremism . We adhere to the principles of our religion of which believes in moderate way in Islam . We will preserve the unity of the Libyan soil and its security east , west north and south ..and we will seek to work tires sly to solve all problems that face Libya at home and abroad '' . He also affirmed in a message to the international community that his government is going ahead in building state institutions , as well as in support of the dialogue which abides by the noble principles of February Revolution and loyalty to the blood of the Martyrs . = Lana =
