Head of Antiques Authority: Inventory committees take stock of antiques and archaeological sites.

Inventory committees commissioned recently began taking stock of
antiques at archaeological sites.
Head of the authority said the authority formed a committee to
communicate with ministries of interior and defense to assess the
situation in the field and the state of the archeological sites.
The joint committee from the authority and ministry of defense
he said is activated to submit a weekly report by the ministry of
defense on the situation in the field and state of archaeological
sites.
He pointed out in this context that the authority submitted to
the ministry of defense a report explaining archaeological sites in
order not to get close to the area and avert it the peril of clashes
nearby.
He also said the authority is to meet UNESCO office in Libya
currently in Tunis, in the near future. he also pointed out that an
agreement is to be activated with the Ministry of Interior to protect
archaeological sites.
