3. 2015 - Lana - The Security Council of the
United Nations has asked member states to fight terrorism in Libya .
In a resolution adopted unanimously on Friday, the Security
Council urged member states to fight '' by all means '' threats that
face world peace and security as a result of terrorist acts committed
by ( ISIS ) and other groups that pledged to support ( ISIS ) and
Ansar Al-Sharia and any person associated with Al-Qaeda Organization
in Libya.
In this context , the SC has expressed great concern regarding
the negative impact of the presence of such groups in Libya and the
region . The SC underlined in its resolution the necessity to follow
comprehensive pattern to fight those terrorist groups. The Council
also stressed on total implementation of its related resolutions
regarding those mentioned groups .
