UN Envoy Calls on Arab Leaders to Support Libyan Dialogue.

Al Sukheirat, 26 March 2015(Lana) The Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya Bernardino Leon has urged the Arab Summit, to be convened in Egypt on March 28-29, to extend support to the Libyan dialogue talks being conducted in Morocco. In a press conference he gave here on Wednesday, Leon said 'we think it's about time for regional leaders to consider and to extend support to the parties to the negotiation if they thought they were useful.' The UN Envoy noted that after the good response which to ideas which the UN Mission published on Tuesday, the parties obviously did not want to completely halt the dialogue driven by the desire to finish the work they were doing.
