Libyan Sides Welcome UNMIL Proposals.

Al-Sukhairaat : 25. 3 . 2015 - Lana - Libyan sides taking part in the current dialogue at Al-Sukhairaat in Morocco have welcomed proposals by the United Nations Mission in Libya ( UNMIL ) aiming at bringing Libyan sides closer in their positions regarding political dialogue and to speed up negotiations . Mr. '' Samir Ghattas '' UNMIL spokesman said in statement to Moroccan news agency on Tuesday that the UN Special Envoy Mr. '' Bernardino Leon '' reviewed the mission's ideas that constitutes a base to enable the sides to start from in order to reach a solution to the political crisis and the military conflict in Libya. Mr. '' Ghattas '' indicated that the discussions went on in a positive atmosphere .. Adding that the participants are to focus Wednesday on proposing personalities that will form future government of national unity; while on Thursday the sides will deal with political arrangements and the government. According to the UN Mission, the presented proposals are Libyan ideas in the first place which came after broad discussions with different sides concerned . These ideas focus on respecting elections and their results , respect of state legitimacy and its institutions including the judicial authority and all other bodies and commitment to principles of 17th February Revolution , especially democracy, human rights and establishment of the state of law . The Mission proposed forming of national unity government presided by a Head, Presidential Council consisting of independent figures who have no political affiliation or belonging to any other group and which will be acceptable to all sides and all Libyans . The Mission's proposal also include House of Representative , being the legitimate body representing all Libyans , then Supreme State Council inspired by similar institutions found in a number of countries , being a political authority in managing the state and institutional assembly . = Lana =
