GNC : Dialogue an Strategic Option Adopted to Reach Comprehensive Political Solution in Libya.

Tripoli : 24. 3. 2015 - Lana - The General National; Congress has affirmed that dialogue is adopted as a strategic option to reach comperhensive political solution to preserve the country's unity and to get it out of the existing crisis and in order to save the dear Libyan blood which is shed every day . In a statement issued, at the end the Congress's emergency meeting held Tuesday at its headquarters in Tripoli, the GNC commended efforts made by UN Special Envoy Mr. '' Bernardino Leon'' and his accompanying team . The GNC supported the dialogue team it has assigned to engage in this dialogue for its efforts to get the country of this crisis and save the homeland . The GNC in today's session went through a report compiled by the dialogue team about the developments of this dialogue held in the Kingdom of Morocco . It also studied ideas brought up by , '' Leon '' to end the political crisis and military conflict in Libya. After reviewing the situation it concluded that : Firstly : The GNC renews its mandate to its team to continue the dialogue with UNSMIL according to basics of 17th of February Revolution and the decisive principles endorsed by the GNC in its previous session . Secondly : The dialogue team is to abide by true comprehensive solution of the Libyan crisis in order to prevent any political dispute that may rise in the future and to ensure the continuity of the reached solution against all obstacles. Thirdly : The Dialogue Team is to keep in contact with the GNC Presidency regarding all developments in the dialogue in order to enable the GNC presidency to hold consultations with the Congress's members . The GNC has assured in its statements all Libyans at home and abroad that the previous regime organization will not have a place in the new Libyan leadership . Lana
