Brussels, 23.03.2015(Lana) The UN envoy said on Monday that the
Libyan parties could agree next on the leadership of the national
unity government in an attempt to end the country's conflict,
however, this will not be easy.
"There is a chance to make some progress and we could get the
initial names for the unity government next week, it will be a
difficult discussion," UN envoy, Bernardino Leone, who is
participating in the Libyan dialogue session, said. "the first
objective for the Morocco discussions is to agree on the prime
minister and his two deputies, it is a proposal and not a decision,
the proposal should be discussed and they should return to say they
agree on the three names.".
The UN envoy indicated to ISIS and added that they were a couple
of hundreds a little while ago, and now they became a significant
force, and if the Libyans do not cooperate with the international
community soon, the situation will be even more difficult to control.
