reviewed municipality plan to provide employment opportunities to
youth and build administrative, technical and service structure and
selecting effective elements capable of running things.
They agreed in the meeting to activate municipal guards and
confront attacks on land allocated to the public good, besides
activation of Nessma police stations after training 160 elements in
a specialized security institute.
