EU sees no alternative to political solution in Libya.

Brussels, 15.03.2015 - (Lana) An European familiar source said , that the EU does not see an alternative to political solution in Libya , acknowledging the difficulty to imagine the possibility of failure of this dialogue. Italian AKI news agency , quoted from the source as saying :"the EU relation department , is in the process of thinking about the possibility of preparing a civilian-military mission , to support the upcoming Libyan government" , asserting that , this could not be achieved , but only after the Libyan parties reach an accord on forming a national unity government. The source didn't rule-out that , foreign minister of member states in the union , which will meet tomorrow Monday in Brussels , to mandate the foreign relation department to prepare for the project , on how to aid the upcoming Libyan government. He stressed on the EU's continuation in providing the logistical and operational support for the negotiations , and the international envoy 'Bernardino Leon' in his efforts with the negotiating Libyan parties. The source , rejected that there are consensus among member states in the union , about lifting the arms embargo imposed on Libya. The union officials had discussed the possibility of sending an European mission to contribute in securing the airport in the capital Tripoli , to support border control , enhancing institutional capacity , and linking all this with the success of the dialogue , as well as agreeing on a national unity government. The European Union fears , that the crisis duration could extend , and the situation would be out of control , which will make this country a shelter for terrorist groups , and a corridor for illegal immigrant towards Europe. =Lana=
