Several Foreigners Lost After Attack on Oil Field.

Tripoli, 8 March 2015(Lana) The National Oil Company yesterday
announced that 7 foreigners including an Austrian, a Czech and
Pilipino have been missing after an armed attack was carried out on
Al Ghani oil field in southern Libya.
Foreign workers for the Austrian company were missing following
the attack, and that their whereabouts are not known. NOC spokesman
Mohamed Al Hariri said.
Meanwhile the foreign Minister of the Czech Republic Lubomir
Zoarlek told Reuters on Saturday that 10 foreign nationals have been
missing after an attack on Al Ghani oil field, indicating that they
may have been kidnapped.
A person from the Czech Republic, another from Austria and others
from Bangladesh and Philippines were among the workers in the field,
we are looking into a possible kidnapping incident', he said, adding
that nobody claimed responsibility for the disappearance.
