UN Security Council Warns Against Failure of Effort to Form National Unity Government in Libya.

Tripoli, 4 March 2015(Lana) The President of UN Security Council
Francois Dilater on Tuesday said the use of force in Libya would lead
to political vacuum that in turn would lead to reinforcing the
terrorist groups.
Dilater said 'there is no military solution in Libya', and voiced
his support to the UN Special Envoy Bernardino Leon.
He warned against failure of efforts to form a national unity
government that could end the crisis in the country, indicating that
such government is the only proper way forward for stability in Libya
and for the international community to fight terrorism.
The UN Support Mission in Libya has announced a new round of
dialogue to be convened in Morocco on Thursday, after all parties
have voiced their approval to return to talks.
