UNSMIL: next round of political dialogue will be held next week in Morocco.

Tripoli, 03.03.2015(Lana) UNSMIL announced on Tuesday that the
next round of the political dialogue will be held next week in
Morocco, after all invited parties agreed to participate.
The UN mission said in a statement that parties formally informed
them their decision to participate in the dialogue following close
consultations with the UN Secretary General Special Envoy, Bernardino
Leone, during his visits to Tubruq and Tripoli on Sunday.
The statement added that the parties underscored the importance
of resuming the dialogue process urgently, as it is the only serious
mean to find a peaceful solution for the political crisis Libya is
going through, and put an end to the military conflict, which causing
suffering for the Libyan people.
According to the statement, all parties expressed condemnation to
the terrorist attack on Al-Guba last month and their anger towards
the unjustified loss of innocent life, all parties underlined the
importance of establishing a unified Libyan front and a state that is
capable of confronting the increasing terrorism in Libya.
They also emphasized that the unified Libya remains the effective
instrument to confront threats caused by the terrorist armed groups
and the Mr. Leone emphasized UN's commitment and that of the
international community towards the future national unity government
in its fight against terrorism.
The UN mission said in its statement that the parties agreed to
its proposal that the forthcoming round of talks should focus on
three items on the agenda, a national unity government at forefront,
including discussions on the prime minister and the deputy prime
ministers, in addition to the security arrangements to pave the way
for a comprehensive ceasefire, gradual withdrawal of the armed groups
from cities and towns, and arrangements for arms control.
The UN mission urged all parties to actively engage in the
forthcoming round of talks with a sense of national responsibility,
and urged all parties to an immediate ceasefire to find the
appropriate atmosphere for discussions.
The mission said in its statement that "we welcome the
significant decision taken by the political leadership in Libya to
return to negotiating table and reiterate their commitment to the
political dialogue process under Libyan leadership and ownership.
The mission added that the UN and the international community or
any other foreign party will not be able to dictate in any form the
outcome or the decisions related to the dialogue process.
