Human Rights Group Condemns Indiscriminate Shelling of Civilian Areas in Benghazi.

Tripoli, 3 March 2015(Lana) The National Human Rights
Commission has condemned the indiscriminate shelling of civilian
quarters of Abu Hdeima and Sidi Husain in the eastern city of
Benghazi which left 2 dead and 27 wounded.
In a statement on Monday, the commission said 'this terrorist act
is a consolidated crime, in accordance with the international
humanitarian law, and the Fourth Geneva Convention on protection of
fundamental human rights in war time.
It reiterated its denunciation of the silence by the
international community to the escalating violations and crimes
against civilian population.
