UN : Two Tracks for Libyan Political Dialogue in Libya and Geneva This Week.

Tripoli, 10 February 2015(Lana) 'The venue for the political
dialogue between Libyan parties will be disclosed only few hours
before the meeting gets underway later this week for security
reasons, the UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon said.
'The situation on the ground can be portrayed in different ways,
and most Libyans are pushing their political representatives and the
armed men to negotiate, Leon said in an interview with the UN Radio.
'Most Libyans want peace, dialogue and a peaceful solution, but
not all the people, Leon said, adding that 'the challenge is how the
majority can get sufficient support from the international community
to defeat the minority.'
The UN mission in Libya UNSMIL on Monday announced that dialogue
talks between representatives the General National Congress and the
House of Representatives, would start this week in Libya, and that a
parallel talks for political parties and political activists would be
held at the UN headquarters in Geneva.
