Obtaining Hajj and Omra Visas for Libyans From Saudi Embassy in Tunis Discussed.

Tripoli, 5 February 2015(Lana) The Acting Head of Professions
and Tourist Control Affairs on Wednesday met directors of departments
and representatives of 60 companies which do Hajj and Omra 'small
pilgrimage', to discuss obtaining visas from the Saudi embassy in
Tunis, for Libyans who wish to perform the Hajj and Omra to the Holy
Land.
The meeting agreed on the need to put in place procedures
determining responsibilities and contractual obligations of all
parties.
They said 4 tourist companies have been authorized to submit
passports of would-be pilgrims to the embassy, provided that an
official decision is issued by the companies departments, and to that
other companies, which do not meet the legal requirements, would
ignored.
