Head of NSG Government Meets Leaders of Revolutionaries.

Tripoli, 2 February 2015(Lana) The Head of the National Salvation
Government Omar Al Hasi, a number of ministers and the Chief of Staff
of the Army on Sunday met leaders of the revolutionaries to discuss
the latest in political process in the country both internally and
externally.
Al Hasi said the meeting which was held in Tripoli his government
was facing internal, external and financial hardships so severe
recently that the financial cover was withdrawn and the Government
has to struggle to meet its obligations visi avis state sectors.
There are efforts underway by the Government in collaboration
with the General National Congress, Al Hasi said. He predicted an
ease of the problems faced by his government.
There are liaisons with Major countries particularly the United
States, after it became clear to them that the revolutionaries
project aims to build state institutions, and they had nothing to do
with terrorism and extremism, he said.
He said he briefed international institutions, which had a stake
in stability in Libya, on the financial corruption under previous
governments and the monies that had been squandered, as well as the
Government's plans for diplomatic missions.
Al Hasi pointed out to the political flaws which happened
following the declaration of the liberation of Libya from the former
regime forces including and one and foremost the non-tackling of the
deep state structures which remained from the former regime and the
previous governments, which cause the country a money drain and
weakening of the state bodies.
