Public Prosecution in Tunisia investigates accusations against its ambassador to Libya Tunis, 31.

01.2015(Lana) The Public Prosecution in Tunisia is
opening an investigation against the Tunisian ambassador to Libya,
Rida Bukadi, through an article published by Al-Shoourouq newspaper
on January 8.
The Tunisian news agency on Saturday quoted the spokesperson of
the Court of First Instance, Sufiyan Al-Salaiti as saying the Public
Prosecution will listen to testimonies of the publisher of the
article, Munji Al-Khadrawi who said Bukadi intervened to release a
Libyan arrested in 2014 by airport security in Carthage international
airport who was carrying a bullet case, of the same caliber that used
to assassinate Shukri Beleid and Mohamed Al-Ibrahimi.
The Court of First Instance said the appropriate decision with
regards to the accusations will be taken in light of the facts that
will be presented by the spokesperson of the Court at the beginning
of next week.
