Participants in National Dialogue Agree in Principle to Move Venue to Libya.

UNSMIL has announced that the Libyan parties had agreed on moving the
future dialogue sessions to Libya, on condition that Security and
logistics are available.
In a statemnt it posted on its website, UNSMIL said 'particpants
in the Libyan political dialogue have discussed during their meeting
in Geneva the venue of holding the future talks.'
'There was an agreement on the principle of convening the future
dialogue sessions in Libya, provided that Security and logistical
conditions are available.', it said.
UNSMIL called on all parties 'to join the talks in an open and
constructive spirit.'
It said 'participants have expressed concern about the prevailing
security in different areas, condemning in particular the recent
attack in Tripoli, and emphasized that the talks present a moment of
hope and reconciliation for the Libyans, and an opportunity to
resolve the country's political and security crisis that should not
be missed.'
