NSG announces an international initiative in cooperation with US institutions.

Tripoli, 26.01.2015 (Lana) Head of National Salvation Government,
Omar Al-Hassi has announced that the government launched an
international initiative in cooperation with American institutions
authorized by the US Department of Justice. The US institutions
working in the field of crisis management and addressing security
issues in conflict areas.
In a speech Monday evening, he said the initiative based on
services urgently needed by the Libyans such as electricity,
medicine, fuel, and food and reconstruction of what has been
devastated by war, and an advanced management partnership to remedy
financial and administrative corruption in the country.
Al-Hassi stressed the importance of opening bridges of
cooperation between Libya and the USA through this humanitarian
project based on access to services in liberated cities such as
Tripoli, Misrata, Zawia and Ghyrian and arrival of relief to besieged
areas of war such as Jebel Nufusa south and central Libya as well as
areas that has become sites for armed confrontation and fighting and
displacement of people such as Benghazi, Kikla, Obari and elsewhere.
He asserted that the initiative launched under the theme; " Libya
for Libyans" would commence urgently next week, pointing out that its
implementation requires rallying of efforts among civil society
institutions, municipal councils, conscious people, tribes elderly,
dignitaries and patriots both men and women.
He pointed out that such humanitarian work would be to protect
civilians, men and women, rescuing children from the effects of war
and remedy all social and psychological impact left behind by wars in
conflict areas.
Head of National Salvation Government expressed his thanks and
gratitude to American institutions which he said would work with
delicate humanitarian and administrative controls in such a way that
they work in their own country, at a time when others are absent'.
" We extend our hands to all institutions supporting the Libyan
rights to make the revolution project in Libya a success, based on
protection of people and ensuring their security, the issue now is
humanitarian and Libya must be salvaged by its revolutionaries and
their government that is National Salvation Government" he added.
he underscored that the "revolutionaries extend their hands to
welcome the hands extended for peace and stability in Libya, as they
defend it against any criminal or saboteur".
Al-Hassi considered American institutions contacts with the
revolutionaries and their government, an indication for the success
of the revolutionaries in their project and wining the confidence of
others at the highest levels.
He underlined that the Government of National Salvation is
working to establish security to the people of Libya, and this cannot
be materialized by a government alone no matter how strong or rich
it is, because there are aspects require common cooperation of
neighbouring and friendly countries.
Head of NSG praised the revolutionaries at all fronts without
exception, underlining that their project based on the fact that
Libya should always be united, sovereign and would not allow
partition, seccision or colonialism whatever its form or type.
