GNC Local Affairs Committee meets Local Government Minister Tripoli, 26.

01.2015 (Lana) GNC Local Affairs Committee met Sunday at GNC headquarters with NSG Minister of Local Government. The meeting discussed ministry budget for 2015 and its estimated budget, besides issue of completing elections of municipal councils and mayors and hurdles that encountered completing the process in some municipalities and financial allocations disbursed to municipalities. The meeting touched on problems facing Sanitary companies and ways to address their problems. They also discussed the role of municipal guard and difficulties facing them, environment protection file and necessary measures required to carry out the necessary tasks. The meeting agreed on the need for continuous communication between the committee and the ministry of local government to ease difficulties facing ministry's work to offer best services to the public. =Lana=
