Army General Staff Denounces Shelling of Air Base by Hafter Forces.

Tripoli, 26 January 2015(Lana) The Libyan Army General Staff has denounced the bombing raid by the Hafter forces against the Al Jofra air base and the area of Bir Al Ghanam. The bombing of the camp rooms of the protection force at Al Jufra Air Base left two soldiers wounded and caused material damage, while private homes were destroyed in the shelling of Bir Al Ghanam, the Army statement said. The Army Staff said these acts aim expand the scope of conflict to stall efforts to move the dialogue inside, which was endorsed by Libya the UN and most of the parties to the conflict. The Army also denounced threats to launch assault on the fuel tanker heading to Misrata Seaport, saying the move aimed to place an embargo on Libyan cities thus increase the suffering of ordinary people. It blamed the forces of Khalifa Hater and the political parties supporting him for the losses and damage resulting from an assault on the tanker. =Lana=
