01.2015(Lana) Civil society activists reaffirmed
their commitment to the legitimacy upheld by the Libyan judiciary
by ruling that those who claim to represent the Libyan people are
invalid.
CSOs in a statement Wednesday praised the GNC for not
participating in the so-called Geneva dialogue and to preserve its
right as the only representative of the Libyan people and not to set
with those who do not recognize the rule of the Constitutional
Chamber and do not use Constitutional declaration as terms of
reference.
The statement warned that whoever goes to Geneva and takes part
in dialogue represent only themselves and their opinion is not
binding . The statement hold them fully responsible for what happens
to the Libyans such as injustice and aggression due to their
participation in the national dialogue which completely ignores
national sovereignty.
The activists said; "We in civil society have no presence in such
dialogue because we reject it altogether, and we do not accept
dialogue outside the Libyan soil".
The statement urged revolutionaries not to engage in this
dialogue.
