Misrata Municipality accepts invitation to take part in national dialogue Misrata, 13.

01.2015 (Lana) Misrata Municipality Council announced that it accepted an invitation by head of UNSMIL to take part in the national dialogue in Geneva. In its statement, Misrata Municipal council renewed its commitment to principles of 17 February Revolution, Constitutional Declaration, respect of the judiciary, non-return of the former regime and its figures. The council voiced support to all efforts supporting an inclusive national dialogue among all political parties and social components of the Libyan people. Misrata Council statement appealed to those described as anxious about the future of Libya to adopt the principle of co-existence and renouncing of terrorism. It called on the international community to make concerted efforts to prepare the appropriate climate for the Libyans and prevent external intervention. The statement called on the parties invited to dialogue to shoulder their responsibility, take part in it and override personal and partisan interests. =Lana=
