A debate on draft constitution in Ghyrian Ghyrian, 12.

01..2015 (lana) The Academicians Society and Youth Assembly in Ghyrian organized a debate on the draft constitution with the participation of group of academicians, civil society organizations and several experts in various fields. Dr Milad Mansour presented the first paper held Sunday at Libya Hall entitled " Government system" in which he covered the expected Libyan constitution, state form, and type of government. Interventions and comments were made on the subject of the paper. Most experts objected to some terms used in the draft constitution such as 'the Libyan nation', underlining that government system, either be a monarch, or parliamentary republic and should be the Libyan state and not the Libyan nation as spelled out in the draft constitution. The debate to continue for five consecutive days and cover issues such as state name, its form, administrative system, government system and sources of legislation. =Lana=
