Beijing - April 15, 2025 (LANA) - The Institute of Diplomatic Studies participated in the international symposium held by the China Foreign Affairs University yesterday, Monday, under the title: "A Community of Shared Future for Humanity and the Training of Young Diplomats." The symposium was officially invited by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, the Director of the Institute, Khaled Abu Khreis, emphasized in his speech during the symposium's opening session the importance of strengthening international cooperation in the field of diplomatic qualification and training, given its pivotal role in supporting peacebuilding efforts and consolidating the concepts of mutual understanding among peoples.

Abu Khreis emphasized the Institute of Diplomatic Studies' commitment to developing quality programs aimed at preparing young diplomatic cadres capable of representing Libya with high efficiency and contributing positively to regional and international forums.

This participation comes as part of the Institute's efforts to enhance its presence on the international stage and exchange expertise with leading educational and diplomatic institutions, thus contributing to supporting the path of modern Libyan diplomacy and expanding the horizons of joint cooperation.
