MP Al-Fakhri: The African Parliament adopted a Libyan proposal to allocate a session to support the Palestinian cause

Benghazi, February 23, 2025 (LANA) - Representative "Youssef Al-Fakhri" revealed that the African Parliament has adopted a Libyan proposal to allocate a session for it to confirm its support for the Palestinian cause and its rejection of any threat or sanctions affecting any African country as a result of its support for the aforementioned cause.
This came during the participation of Representative "Al-Fakhri" in his capacity as a member of the African Parliament and President of the North African Group in the joint meeting of the African Parliament Office, which was recently held in the city of Midrand, South Africa.
The spokesman for the House of Representatives "Abdullah Blihaq" said in a press statement yesterday, Saturday ((The meeting focused on discussing the adoption of the agenda for this session for the meetings of the permanent committees and regional groups, and the meeting also touched on the need to respond to the sanctions imposed by America on the State of South Africa because it supports the Palestinian cause.
