Discussing aspects of cooperation between the Audit Bureau and the Japanese side.

Tripoli - February 21, 2025 (LANA) - The Undersecretary of the Audit Bureau, "Atiyat-Allah Hussein Abdul Karim", discussed on Thursday, with the Japanese Ambassador to Libya, "Shimura Izuru" and his deputy, "Masaki Amadera", in the presence of the Undersecretary's advisors, aspects of cooperation between the Audit Bureau and the Japanese side.

According to the Audit Bureau, the meeting addressed aspects of cooperation between the Audit Bureau and the Japanese side, represented by the Audit Council, which is the highest body for financial control and accounting in the State of Japan. The meeting also discussed the possibility of concluding a cooperation and partnership agreement between the two sides, to exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of financial control and training human cadres.

The meeting also reviewed the importance of Japanese companies entering the Libyan market, while addressing the conditions of companies operating in Libya and facilitating their return procedures by the Bureau, according to the Bureau.
