Libya and Tunisia discuss developing economic and trade relations.

Cairo - February 14, 2025 (LANA) - Minister of Economy and Trade "Mohammed Al-Huwaij" discussed with his Tunisian counterpart, Minister of Trade and Export Development "Samir Obeid Al-Tunisi" on the sidelines of the meeting of the Economic and Social Council at the level of Arab ministers in Cairo yesterday, Thursday, developing economic and trade relations between Libya and Tunisia.

The Ministry stated that the two sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and develop economic and trade relations by facilitating inter-trade and supporting joint investment projects between the public and private sectors in the two countries and cooperating in regional and international economic forums to unify visions on development and investment, within the framework of strengthening economic partnership, achieving sustainable development, and creating new investment opportunities that support the economies of the two countries.
