Libya participates in the meetings of the Executive Council of the African Union in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, February 11, 2025 (LANA) - The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, arrived in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, at the head of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to participate in the forty-sixth ordinary session of the Executive Council of the African Union.

This participation comes within, the framework of preparations for the African Summit scheduled for February 15 and 16, 2025, which will discuss vital files aimed at enhancing joint African action and developing cooperation between member states.

Taher Al-Baour, is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with a number of African foreign ministers, with the aim of strengthening the bonds of cooperation and coordination between African countries, which contributes to advancing the wheel of regional integration and achieving common interests.
