Al-Manfi meets with the British Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Defence

Tripoli, February 2, 2025 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council - Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, "Mohamed Al-Manfi", met today, Sunday, in Tripoli, with the Deputy Chief of the British General Staff for Defense (Strategy and Military Operations), Lieutenant General Pilot "Harvey Smith" and his accompanying delegation, who is currently visiting Libya.
The Presidential Media Office reported that during the meeting, which was attended by - Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General, "Mohamed Al-Haddad", Head of the Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General, "Hussein Al-Aib" and the British Ambassador to Libya, "Martin Longden", - aspects of joint security and military cooperation between Libya and Britain were discussed, and work to support the military institution, and unify efforts to combat terrorism and organized crime.
