Thousands of liters of fuel prepared for smuggling seized in Zala.

Zala January 25, 2025 (LANA) - The joint security force affiliated with the Jofra Organization Committee (Law Enforcement) seized, during its raid on a number of smuggling dens in Zala, large quantities consisting of thousands of liters of various types of fuel, gasoline, naphtha and kerosene, prepared for smuggling outside the country.
Sources from the Jofra Security Directorate said that a number of foreigners of different nationalities working in smuggling these looted materials from the Libyan citizen's wealth were arrested.
The sources explained that during the raid, a number of people were also arrested and a number of trucks loaded with fuel and communications devices that were preparing to leave for neighboring countries were confiscated.
