Food Control Rejects Shipment of White Dry Beans Imported from Egypt.

Tripoli, January 21, 2025 (LANA) - The Food and Drug Control Center announced on today, Tuesday, the rejection of a shipment of white dry beans imported from Egypt that entered through the Mssaid land crossing.
The center's media office stated that the shipment bears the "Al-Hayat" trademark and contains "50 bags."
It explained that it was rejected after examination and confirmation of the high moisture content in it, which makes it non-compliant with the approved standard specifications.
