Tripoli, January 8, 2025 (LANA) - The Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity, "Mohammed Al-Huwaij", followed up today, Wednesday, with the Secretary-General of the Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, "Abdul Aziz Al-Mikhlafi", the ongoing preparations for holding the fourth Libyan-German Economic Forum in the capital, Tripoli, next May.

The media office of the ministry stated, that the meeting discussed capacity building, which aims to develop the institutional performance of Libyan chambers of commerce, and enhance their contribution to supporting economic growth.

It also explained, that during the meeting, the importance of implementing the joint cooperation program between the General Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and the Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry was emphasized, in a way that enhances recovery and economic growth efforts in Libya.
