Al-Baour stresses the depth of relations between Libya and Algeria.

Tripoli, January 02, 2025 (LANA) - The acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, "Taher Al-Baour", made a phone call on Thursday with the Algerian Foreign Minister, "Ahmed Attaf", during which he expressed his wishes for the Algerian people for further progress and prosperity, and the depth of the historical relations between Libya and Algeria.

The media office of the ministry stated, that "Al-Baour" as saying; "Attaf" expressed his wishes for the Libyan people for peace and stability, stressing Algeria's keenness to enhance joint cooperation in various fields to serve the interests of the two countries.

The two sides stressed during the call the importance of continuing coordination and consultation to support regional and international issues, in a way that enhances security and stability in the region and achieves the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples towards a more stable and prosperous future.
