NOC announces that daily production reached 1,405,609 barrels.

Tripoli, 26 December 2024 (Lana) National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced that daily production of crude oil reached 1,405,609 barrels and 52,633 barrels of condensates.

The corporation confirmed in a statement that it is moving forward to achieve double figures for this number during the coming year and the following year, and it is hopeful for more positive results after launching the public bidding round for exploration and sharing of oil and gas production, which will open large doors for investments by major international companies in the country and achieve an increase in revenues.

It said that the corporation and its affiliated companies have spared no effort in developing the oil sector and advancing it to occupy its natural place among the world's institutions in the same field, thus achieving the highest levels of economic growth for Libya and its people.
