Tripoli, November 22, 2024 (LANA) - Libya and the United States of America stressed the importance of continuing fruitful cooperation and activating diplomatic and consular channels to serve the common interests of the two countries.

This came during a meeting between the Director of the Department of American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "Abu Bakr Ahmed bin Saud", at the Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli on Wednesday evening, and "Bobby Neal", Head of the Consular Section at the US Embassy in Libya.
