Libya will participate in the Forum for Mediterranean Countries in Rome.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, November 22, 2024 (LANA) - The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, "Taher Al-Baour", revealed Libya's participation in the "Mediterranean Dialogue Forum for Mediterranean Countries" to be held in Rome at the ministerial level at the end of this November.
This came during his meeting on Thursday in Tripoli with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, "Gianluca Alberini", where the two sides stressed during the meeting the depth of the distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and peoples.
For his part, the ambassador praised the outcomes of the Libyan-Italian Business Forum, which was held in Tripoli last October, expressing to Al-Baour the gratitude and appreciation of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni for the success of this forum.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said on its Facebook page today, Friday, that "Al-Baour" confirmed at the end of the meeting his participation and representation of the Libyan delegation in the aforementioned forum.
