Tripoli, September 18, 2024 (LANA) - The person in charge of running the affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, discussed today, Wednesday, in Tripoli, with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Al-Berini; A number of files and topics of common interest between the two sides, especially in the political and economic fields.

During the meeting, which comes within the framework of preparations for the Libyan-Italian Economic Forum scheduled to be held next October in the capital, Tripoli, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the latest developments in the situation were discussed, as the two sides affirmed their support for the efforts of the United Nations Mission in enhancing comprehensive stability in Libya.
