Pulbished on:Tripoli - June 28, 2024 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Al-Dbaiba, was briefed yesterday, Thursday, on one of the initiatives to encourage electronic payment operations to end official transactions in state institutions and banks.
The media office of the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government said on Friday, that the initiative included a proposal to expand the scope of the use of electronic payment, with the aim of reducing the need to use cash in financial transactions.
He added, that the meeting was held in the presence of the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for E-Government, the Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs, the Rapporteur of the Supreme Committee, the Director of the Government Communication Center, and the electronic services team at Al-Madar Al-Jadeed Company.
